~I hate monopolies: BNSF in Wyoming is the most unproffessional company I've ever seen. No human interface. Will not respond to complaints. Local crew has cost our company tens of thousands of dollars this year because they will not take or spot cars when they should. Other customers on rail line have the same problem.
