GetHuman-80450: Barnes and Noble customer service stinks. Lost default credit card. Forgot to change it and my magazine subscription payment did not go through. Changed it immediately. Now they say my credit card is being declined (implying that I gave them a bad card) so they cancelled my subscription long AFTER I put in the new number, and IT WORKS FOR BOOKS. They will not answer my question about why it does not work for the magazine. And why they cancelled my subscription. I have spent three hours so far trying to get an answer. I told them that I LOST my card and changed the number. But they continue to tell me that my card is bad. I feel like a criminal. And it works for books so.....what is the problem?
