~Anonymous: Called to request a UPS label for a used text book sold that was missing *** bks contents* materials that went along with book. First went to a local store,to return text bk. They told me they do not accept used bks. The B&N employee told me to ask for a UPS return label. I called and was questioned about my return* then told I was misinformed. Curiosity told me to ask if this person was from the office that accepted return N.J? I was told No! he was from the Philippines, S...T did he know what UPS was! Will Not purchase another text book from B&N.com First and last time. I will purchase a text book from Barnes and Share this with other students save them some grief.
