GetHuman-14083: The nook hd and hd* has issues with the power cord, mine stopped working * weeks after purchase so I called to get it replaced under warranty. They said they'd send a new one but two weeks later, no cord. I call back and was told the order was cancelled. So I raise some **** and they promise to send again. But guess what? Same old ****, it was cancelled because they were out of stock. They say they can't help me and that they are so sorry that my new nook is now an expensive paperweight but oh well. What happened to you B&N??
