~marinemuck: the customer service rep was very helpful and resolved the shipping address issue promptly. the only major complaint is the wating time to speak to a rep. I called twice for ** and ** mins with no repsonse and the *rd attempt was answered after ** mins. Wait time is horrible,rep quality is excellent.
