GetHuman-luv4blu: Terrible service: I pre-ordered a book in May which was released on October **, ****, and I've yet to receive it even though it is in the store and available at the library. I have had the live chat , and sent an email and spoken to a rep to no satisfaction. No one can tell me why my pre-ordered copy can not be sent. I am going to report B & N to The Better Business Bureau, and in the future I will be ordering my books from Amazon.
