GetHuman-246719: Problem not solved. This is the *nd time I've tried to renew my membership. Today's operator was very polite, but she couldn't guarantee that my membership renewal went through. She didn't give me a confirmation * for today's conversation either. The only way I'll know if the renewal went through is if I call back in ** hrs..
