~no1gum: The connection was poor, most of the reps had very strong unintelligible accents, and I was switched * times. No one was rude, but they didn't seem able to help. My daughter ordered the wrong size Nook cover. Exchanging it for the correct size would involve two more shipping charges. The last person had no accent, was very nice and apologized, because she said there was no way to forgive any of the shipping charges. Oh well. They lost a sale then.
