GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-ruthiea: Manager at the Congress Rd Boynton Beach Fl Barnes and Noble( Pam) very rude. There were * senior citizen customers in line and when the one cashier called to open another register, we waited * more minutes. When I inquired as to the long wait "Pam" said..."..I was helping other customers probably. "*She raised her voice and brushed by me dismissing me as I was talking to her!*Also there are very very high displays between the waiting customers and the cashier(s) so they can not possibly be aware of how many customers are waiting ...for over ** minutes. Shameful. No wonder so many Barnes and Noble stores are closing. This "PAM" person* manager is good for nothing. No customer service on her end at all.
