~opcpro: Well the phone was answered right away and if you press * you do get right thru. The agent did speak english and is located in the united states which is unlike the other number that I got thru to. ***.***.**** after a long hold she did not understand what the word Font meant. When I asked to speak to somebody who spoke english she put me on hold and left me there. After ** minutes I hung up. The english speaking rep however was not trained on digital questions and read instructions to me of which I already knew. I hung up without being helped.

~opcpro: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
