~Bets: I was in the Knightdale store *-*-** and Bert assisted me in purchasing outdoor umbrella--he went over and beyond..he went as far as putting umbrella together so I could see if it is what I wanted..he was very pleasant and professional..i wish there were more Berts...its hard to get good customer service these days--Kudos to Bert..
