~shane: The worst customer service expierence i have ever had. Rude. Ignorant. They hang up on a customer when they are caught in a lie. They ask to put u on hold then never come back. I ask for a manager and they say it will be **-** hours for a call, then they never call. Ive been waiting for * months for a callback. Now they told me today it will be about a week for a manager to call back. All this over a *** dollar overcharge. Other problems such as they charged me for a replacememt phone, which was a refurbished phone that didnt work. I sent it back, they showed a *** credit. All good right? HA!!! Not even close. Now a bill shows up with a *** charge for the phone they claim they didnt recieve. Got nowhere with anyone again today. * phone calls * hang ups and * hours of my life i will never get back.
