GetHuman-409209: One of the conning companies out there, it's unfortunate that customer service relations are only in the method they speak, we were offered a package(phone*internet*tv) at an attractive terms and you would think its all done under the same roof and command, not so, they don't even talk to each other, we rescheduled connection service to a different day and TV people showed up not knowing we had called bell to reschedule, to make story short we cancelled the whole deal after spending whole afternoon with the guy who was trying different gimmick to not cancell while the whole time from the *st connection date we were on the bill and they had not cancelled with previous r company.**I still get multiple phone call for a service I did not have and when you call you're sent to different departments with long waits, though polite but nothing has been done except phone harresments that has not subside.*Please think twice if you have no time to play games with these sucker companies
