~stymied: They asked me to call another department and get their problem resolved. Their problem? They have an * year old return address on the correspondence they are sending to their customers - No company name on the envelope, just the address - so their customers mail, when undeliverable, is being returned to my company office. I told them this is their problem and future undeliverable mail will be destroyed. The rep then told me to call the post office and refuse mail from Beneficial - which I would do IF THE MAIL HAD THEIR COMPANY NAME ON IT! This is incredibly irresponsible of this company.
