~BM stands behind product guara: We were so excited to use our favorite Benjamin Moore paint on yet another project. Sadly the paints were inconsistent in each * gallon bucket. These were not all prepared properly & of course no one noticed until after the work was finished. The New Jersey BM paint tech said they really didn't prep the paint right @ the store. Wow one & a half months later BM customer service says they guarantee satisfaction. Guess what...the local dealer has NEVER HEARD of their Benjamin Moore guarantee that comes with a refund if requested. Six weeks of requesting help. The department that says Benjamin Moore stands behind their product is a product guarantee the local dealer has no knowledge of & the BM representative did not mention or offer their satisfaction guarantee of a refund or replacement of the paint.
