~dlandry: Still have not received a plausible response as to why my two orders, totally almost $***, have not arrived. It has been * weeks since shipping. I cannot afford at this point to buy elsewhere. All they tell me to do is refer to my account order page. They tell me this in an email. I refer to that and it tells me the order has been shipped...no tracking information...nothing!!! WHERE is my order?? Who knows??? I cannot call Bensoutlet. I cannot get another answer. Meanwhile, they have my $*** and I have no order!!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!*dlandry
