~Kathi Wade: I've made my review. If all these reviews are so bad. Why not do something about it. This is only the first time I've reviewed, but only because my other problems with Best Buy may be not a norm. But, it is obvious Best Buy does not care about the customer.

~Kathi Wade: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kathi Wade: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kathi Wade: For that I would say one out of five.
