~Tee: No customer support! The seller is not held accountable and has not contacted me or confirmed my order for * days. I have contacted the seller twice and have received nothing back. I know for a fact they logged onto their account seeing as they had changed the price listing of the book I had purchased. Which leads me to believe they know of my orders existence. I have contacted Biblio.com customer support and have received nothing but automated email responses... SO FRUSTRATING!

~Tee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
