GetHuman-135998: I advised the man that answered the telephone that I received a message from Blackberry Customer Service saying they will not forward anymore e-mails on my Blackberry cell phone until I verify my password. There have been no changes whatsoever to my cell phone and no changes to my password so I should not need to be put through this inconvenience. The man suggested I contact my carrier but Verizon said they could not help me . . . that this message did not come from them* it came from Blackberry. When I asked to speak to the man's supervisor that I was just talking to, he then disconnected me!! Talking about horrible customer service!
