~faye malone: I am very upset with Boost and this mobile telesales. I recently purchased a phone for my grandson. I went on line thinking I was speaking to a boost representative. I went thru the process of purchasing the phone, paying for one month's service, and insurance. My grandson rec'd the phone. However following the steps to activate, the prompt informed him that he owed $**.**! I contacted Boost, the Mobie Telesales--and have been trying very hard to speak to a live person--when a live person calls,he or she is telling me how to activate the phone. We have done this--accurately and still my grandson that a payment will activate the account. And get this, the amount has been taken out of my account! I am livid! I am reporting this to the BBB!
