~laugingtree369: I bought my son this phone so that I could buy or not buy his minutes based on his grades. His phone was shut off and I have been trying to speak to a person to get him hooked back up and a new number and have not been able to do it. Now I am stuck with a dead phone and an unusable $** card. When I tried to get a person, it said I had to have a number which it states is a Sprint number and then an automated voice told me to call back when I had the number and hung up... Round and round we go. Never have I been able to talk to some one about changing his plan or getting his phone reinstated. By the time my ordeal was done, I was so pissed I needed a Xanax!
