~BoostMobileSUX: I can't even record how long my wait is because they don't have the numbers for it! I NEVER got a response!!! There was never a human being available, they switch on the machine and assume that is going to be helpful. Machines are not customer service, machines can't help people, machines don't do anything except repeat themselves and hang up on customers! Get a REAL customer service line! I have never heard of giving a review on non-existent customer service. People aren't paying good money to be ignored and paying the amount necessary to turn on a phone so that they are stuck with no phone and a card with numbers on it that apparently mean nothing!!!

~BoostMobileSUX: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BoostMobileSUX: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~BoostMobileSUX: For that I would say five out of five.
