~AL: I had the EXACT SAME experience as the person above me (LJ). Seriously, exactly the same. Called to check on order's shipping status to find that it was out of stock, and then received attitude from customer service rep. I am BEYOND fuming mad. This company should NOT be in business. They are absolutely AWFUL!!!!!!!
