~British airway disappointer: The British people are horrible with Horrible and ******* attitude. No matter what you tell them they are not courteous atall. They are very very stubborn and liars, mis guiding the clients and giving out misleading wrong information and when I asked for the phone call recording they refused to give the phone call recording. Very pathetic service. ******* britishers will never change.
