GetHuman-kimanht: I am a BA member and was trying to book an award flight online with no success using Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on a mac. I called ***-***-**** around noon EST and actually had no wait time. The rep. was polite, spoke clearly, and helped me through the booking process. Also waived the phone booking fee since I was not able to do it online.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting British Airways. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a British Airways problem?
GetHuman-kimanht: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kimanht: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about British Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kimanht: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other British Airways customers?
