~Marah: Calling this number ***-***-**** was no different for me than calling the other ***-***-****. The voicemail menu demanding my phone number (and I assume the next recital of last payment, current payment status, blah, blah, would have been next) and I still had to just hit zero over and over listening to "I still didn't get that" until finally being transferred to a human. They have changed their site so that if you are logged into your account, there is NO phone number shown ANYWHERE to call them. This is an awesome company that has changed drastically over the past * months for the worse. It is becoming just another phone company. I hope they wake up and adjust back to the caring progressive-behaving company they once were.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CREDO Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CREDO Mobile problem?
~Marah: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Marah: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marah: For that I would say five out of five.

~Marah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CREDO Mobile to know who you are.
