~PhilW.: Yup. It was late at night, on November 7th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CREDO Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PhilW.: Despite the company getting $*** from me three days before disconnect (cleared the bank ****), Credo Mobile cut my phone service for a **-day past-due amount of $**.**. When I called Customer Service, they said despite the bulk of my total debt being younger than ** days, I must now pay $***.** before they'll reconnect me.**And to kick me while I'm down, reps tell me Credo will continue to charge me *$** for monthly services that are disconnected, until I pay the past due amount and reconnection or termination fees. So if I go with Cricket Wireless's decent $** * month unlimited voice * text plan to have some kinda phone service, I still have a *$*** monthly cell bill, and cannot save enough to dig out of Credo's debt.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CREDO Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CREDO Mobile problem?
~PhilW.: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PhilW.: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PhilW.: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CREDO Mobile customers?
~PhilW.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CREDO Mobile to know who you are.
