~Danielle: Inexcusable incompetence. After Caremark told me that my order had been processed and my Rx was on its way, I went to my Dr's appointment only to find that the medication had never arrived. I spent hours on the phone and on hold and was told that my Rx would be processed as quickly as possible. Today I received a call from Caremark that they couldn't process my order at all. This came out of the blue after hours being told otherwise. I have never dealt with such incredible incompetence before. Terrible.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS Caremark problem?
~Danielle: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Danielle: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Danielle: For that I would say two out of five.

~Danielle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
