~kodibear: MD sent them Rx for mail order (against my wishes*instructions) for a generic medication. Not only did Caremark Mail Order Pharmacy fill the Rx (without my consent), they filled it, according to www.caremark.com and their Customer Service representative and her supervisor, for a MUCH more expensive BRAND NAME medication, which, I believe is against the law as the prescription does NOT specify that it must be filled with the brand name medication. My debit card was charged for $*** without my knowledge or consent and Caremark refused to provide a refund, even if I slap a return label on the UNOPENED package mailed to me. Cost of the generic medication at Walgreens was $*, however, I was charged $*** by Caremark Mail Order Pharmacy.

~kodibear: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kodibear: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kodibear: For that I would say one out of five.

~kodibear: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
