~Soph123: When you call--when finally off hold--the people are very nice. BUT nothing gets done! I've been out of my meds for weeks now basically and thank god I found some of my old medicine to cover me, but I am running out of them...and I need all these medicines for the rest of my life being a diabetic and former kidney transplant patient.. anyway- they continue to keep messing up everything. The local CVS claims I need a card different than my insurance card to get medicine to go through insurance, but Caremark claims I do not need the card. And I find this out * months after I have had to basically beg them to send me new cards. Then I spend an hor on the phone answering questions and getting my new prescriptions in order (which I had to contact doctor and get all the forms filled out myself) and then when the package arrives (right when they said it would surprisingly) half the order is wrong! This has to be the most frustrating companies I have had ever had to deal with and I've had to t

~Soph123: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Soph123: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Soph123: For that I would say five out of five.

~Soph123: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
