GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
Huntsman: I tried to order a pair of loafers on from this company, but I there was something wrong when I made the payment, and I had to contact the customer service, fortunately, I got instant reply and guidance. I tried it again, this time, I made it successfully. Got my loafers after a week, for products shipped from China, it seemed really speedy. The loafers were true to the photos and description, beautiful with woven details. Well spent my money. I thought it was not a bad purchase with these woven loafers.

Huntsman: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
