~ratroscoe: I never got to talk with anyone, I called ** times today and NEVER got to talk with anyone!!!! I am considering not buying from them anymore, very disappointed!! We've been buying form them for many years, this is the first time I am so livid! You can normally talk with someone, either live chat or on the phone. Tried both and nothing. Live chat said I would be called back by **:** & I called at **:** Pacific time...ARE you kidding me???? We are no longer a fan, maybe time to go to another...VERY unsatisfied Can't even check our order status online.
