GetHuman-250674: I was at norco dmv to renew my driver's license and had to wait over an hour to get a number , then * hours to get my number called to get it done. This is America the most advanced country in the world and yet the public service here is ** times worse than the *rd world countries. I feel so sorry for those older folks who had to stand in line outside the building for HOURS!!!!!!!! How could the government never looked into this problem and try to improve it??????
