I was on hold for about * minutes and another person picked up and asked for the same information. She was able to answer all my questions and get things moving. I mentioned to her that I was happy to finally get a hold of someone, but was quickly corrected in being told I needed to call the main number. I didn't want to start an issue so I just agreed with her and politely let her tell me the next steps.
