~karennims: I changed bank accounts. *st month they direct deposited my check. The next month they didn't. All my direct payments bounced. They denied they were responsible saying they take *-* months to start a direct deposit but they had deposited it the month before. This blunder cost me over $ ***.** in bounced check charges and credit card charges. They REFUSE to take responsibility even though they NEVER informed me of any *-* month delay in starting a direct deposit. Even when I contacted them they refused to help with the $ ***.** I had been charged saying it wasn't their fault. They woudn't even cut me a check until the **st of the month and here is a new month and I still haven't gotten my check yet. I called and they put me on hold for over ** minutes and I hung up. I emailed them and I got a resonse that says it MIGHT TAKE UP TO TEN DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. So there is LITERALLY NO WAY TO CONACT THEM. I am in a world of hurt because I cannot afford to cover all the charges from
