~CAP1 USER: I actually waiting NO time, the rep was INSTANT and waive all the fees that I asked him to waive. Communication was good, but they're in India (I asked based of how he typed his sentences) so its not ***% what I'm used to and you may have to repeat yourself once or twice.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Capital One. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Capital One problem?
~CAP1 USER: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CAP1 USER: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CAP1 USER: For that I would say three out of five.

~CAP1 USER: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Capital One to know who you are.
