~little bird: worst bank ever. over two weeks and * calls later, the payee still hasn't received the payment I sent via online account. Nobody at Capital One knows anything. After admitting they screwed up, they offered to "over night" the payment. * days later, still not there. Me: you said you were going to overnight it Rep: usually our overnight takes * - * business days. Wait. What??
