~Vicki Carter: Spoke with nate. he could not communicate well and had to ask to speak with a supervisor. Asked him if he was in the U.S. and he stated he was. When asked what call center he was located in, his response was "*overseas."* When pointed out that he just told me that he was in the U.S. he denied the answer. Now am speaking with a supervisor
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Care Credit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Care Credit problem?
~Vicki Carter: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Vicki Carter: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vicki Carter: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care Credit customers?
~Vicki Carter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care Credit to know who you are.
