~MC: This is one of the worst companies to deal with as far as trying to get a refund, I was told my account would be credited within *-* business days, and its been ten days, and one item still hasn't been acknowledge, and they received it over a week ago.

~MC: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MC: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Carid.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MC: For that I would say four out of five.
