~marta: Horrible! Communication was horrible! Phone line line botton are not set proper. I have waited a week for services! I have a baby at home we need gas turned on! No hot water or heat! The time you are given to wait for your service is *am-*pm I have lost * days of work and no hot water to take a bath! I paid over the phone with a check * times and I was told the check had not been posted and the reason for this is because I was not told that I had to go in person to anther town to pay in person. They are not up to date with the address as to where to pay. I drove to * place before I could find a place where to pay my bill! Had to drive to another city! This company does not care about the customers or do they keep up current information as to where you are to pay your bills! I'm reporting this to BBB

~marta: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CenterPoint Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~marta: For that I would say four out of five.

~marta: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CenterPoint Energy to know who you are.
