~Senior Lady: I ordered * pair of pants that did not fit. I returned them at my own expense and requested an even exchange for * blouses. I received an e-mail about * weeks ago when my return was first received. Since then I have called several times to the customer service number. A couple of times the phone was answered by a sales rep who told me that she was not able to help me and transferred me back to the customer service line. I have yet to have the customer service line answered. So, chadwicks owes me * blouses and I am unable to even get in touch with them and they won't communicate with me. I have shopped with Chadwicks since **** and I have had it. They have my money and I can not communicate with them and they won't communicate with me. There is not even an e-mail address where I can send them an e-mail. Don't waste your time shopping with Chadwicks - most of us do not have that much time to waste.

~Senior Lady: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Senior Lady: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chadwick's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Senior Lady: For that I would say three out of five.

~Senior Lady: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chadwick's to know who you are.
