~RuthG: I think Chadwicks must be going out of business. When I called to ask about my very overdue backordered sweaters, I was left on hold for a LONG time before the system hung up on me--twice. Notice that on the website the items no longer show any customer reviews. And "clearance" items appear to be at regular prices. Fortunately my credit card has not been charged for the sweaters--they just haven't come, and probably never will.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chadwick's. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chadwick's problem?
~RuthG: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RuthG: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chadwick's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RuthG: For that I would say four out of five.
