~Anonymous3: Placed an order ********. Two of * items shipped* last item backordered to arrive first week Nov. That didn't happen but the charge did and in incorrect amount. The charge was reversed. Item * arrived week of Dec. ** with overcharge. Tried repeatedly to get customer service--phone*e-mail*their web site with NO response. If they're receiving my communications, they now know I AM NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!
