~Mary: Question about a bill just received showing an expiration date of **-**-** while the previous bill (which I paid) showed an expiration date of **-*-** for this period. This new bill includes a subscription increase for the foregoing period. The call to (off-shore) customer service initiated a new billing with the correct expiration date to be mailed. In effect, this was just an attempt to get an extra two-week payment in my opinion. I'll bet I am not the only one this has occurred with. I am not sure I will continue with the Observer. (I am a long-time customer)
