~Melody: Their customer service line is outsourced and you can barely understand their thick accent. The promise you whatever they think you want through that outsourced line and then nothing happens. I have been charged up to $*** after only having the service for * weeks, after an hour and a half on the phone they finally "said" they fixed it. But low and behold my next month was $***. Once again had to call into their annoying customer service line and they claimed they fixed it again. Finally had to go up to the office who were very nice but could do nothing for me. I was told my bill would be $*** a month before I signed up. I never saw a bill close to that and I finally cancelled my service. I recommend no one ever fall into the Charter trap full of lies and taking advantage of people as I did.
