GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Chase Credit Cards customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-387373: I trying to see when my debit card was mailed because it hasn't arrived in *-** business days as posted. I call several customer service numbers and they're all automated with no options to talk to a real person. I can't get the information I need because I don't have a card number cause I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CARD. So i have the option to report the card lost, stolen, or damaged (options that don't really apply) and give my SSN and date of birth and then i have to report the card either lost, stolen, or damaged pressing "*" doesn't connect me with a REAL PERSON..then somehow it cancels the card that hopefully on the way and i have to order a new card WHICH WILL PROBABLY TAKE ANOTHER *-** BUSINESS DAYS if not more...so angry cause I'd looked up customer service numbers online and called *,* numbers and whenever I talked to a real person, they couldn't help me saying they were the right person to talk to, transfered me to the so called right person who would then transfer me again..a
