~James anderson: I had horrible service from this phone * she said that they didnot have a complaint * we have had this complaint since Dec ** ,**** Mike at mercer.mall , bluefield wv will not make it right we lost all of our order because of plain stupid people, we lost our orders because they put our*orders in upside down we had the biggest order of nuggets plus a fruit tray , it was horrible! ! He said come back in i will take your info and we will*replace everything , but still nothing, today is January ** , **** we called again , he still is saying no
