~Upset & Disgusted: When we first entered this establishment at **** Lincoln Hwy. Matteson, IL *****, we observed a couple of guys in street clothes standing behind the counter eating food from the line. Then we waited as the cashiers goofed off in the back to ring up the customers in front of us. When we asked for a Mngr. another staff showed up saying that she was the mngr and that they have an open food policy meaning they can come in and sample the food anytime. What type of nastiness is that? GROSS.
