~barbara burton: I have shopped at the Upper Valley Mall for years and modeled for the store. The sales clerk was rude and combative with me. When I went to pay the address on my license was not the same as on my check and she looked at me as if I was a criminal. I did not feel good about the experience. I have spent literally thousands of dollars in this store and have shopped since Marsha Hess managed the Springfield store. I have never been treated so disrespectful. The cashier *** and trans ****** store *** if you would like to look it up. I do not know that I will be shopping at your store again. I am glad there was no on in the store because I felt very embarrassed and I did not do anything wrong. What a horrible experience.
