~anne m: after choosing * or * on my phone keypad a few times and entering in various info. I got a human to be told to call back because the gal couldn't access my order in their system. she couldn't transfer me apparently. so I call back and go through the same multiple steps and get the same thing "call back" I'd say NO customer service was received my me. and I STILL don't have my clothing order.
